afina DMP is opening a Strategic Partnerships Manager role for Brazil, and we’re looking for someone who already knows the country’s telecom industry and understands how deals get done there in practice.

afina DMP is an AI-powered data monetization platform that helps telecom operators unlock new revenue streams through the ethical monetization of subscriber data. The company operates in more than 35 countries in partnership with over 20 operators worldwide, and Brazil is now a priority market. This role is responsible for developing it.

What the role covers:

• Building strategic partnerships with telecom operators across Brazil
• Managing the full commercial cycle, from initial negotiations through contract signing and launch
• Taking projects from pilot phase through to commercial rollout
• Coordinating product, technical, marketing, and commercial teams to develop each partnership

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Brazil’s telecom sector, ideally within a major operator’s network
• A track record selling technology products or solutions in complex B2B environments
• Experience managing long-term corporate sales cycles
• C1-level English and native-level Portuguese

The role follows the Brazilian business calendar, with regular collaboration across international teams and time zones.
